I'm a mom who has learned while trying to heal my family and now I'm sharing what I have learned with you. I an not a health care professional and I am certainly not infallible so please do consult with a health professional you trust before making any important changes in your health care practices.

After some thought I have decided to remove the adsense advertising from my website. I didn't feel good about some of the ads that appeared on my site and while I had some control over them I couldn't anticipate everything that would appear. Sometimes it was an ad for Kefir and sometimes an ad for Pepsi. Obviously I'm a much bigger fan of one of those than the other.
