I'm also enjoying figuring out new recipes to share with our friends and my family and I do love the normalcy of getting to see my kids sitting and eating with their friends. I also like seeing their friends eating the stuff we made (and I suspect they do too, GAPS can be isolating at times). One little girl came over to tell me how good my pie was today. That made my heart smile. I have always loved cooking and entertaining through food and my families allergies and GAPS (not to mention the LOD) has really put a strain on my ability to do that over the past few years.
So I've got those recipes coming this week. Right now I just wanted to share a couple of photos and get you excited about them. I've also got a GAPS basics post coming about culturing diary products. If you missed my first installment on how to make bone broth you can read it here.
